Weekly mobility and training program building

Includes mobility work to help with on-the-bike mechanics, and general health and performance; gym training to increase strength and muscle endurance; cardio workouts for endurance, which can fit around client’s preferred form—road bike; mountain bike; rower; running, etc, and on-the-bike sessions.

Diet and nutritional guidance

Guidance includes an introduction to the importance of food quality, and how it affects health and performance; what to avoid and why, especially if experiencing any current physical symptoms like joint stiffness or swelling, arthritis, acne, inflammation; Support with supplementation: what foods to eat more of to improve nutrient density, and supplements that can help fill in the gaps; help with meal planning.

2 days in-person motorcycle sessions during the month

Training sessions can include skill-based training, including jumps, corners, starts, passing, and line selection; body mechanics, including form, foot and weight placement, and vision; support with bike setup; speedwork; and endurance motos.

Open availability to come train with mein-person in my gym*

I’ll push you through mobility, strength and/or endurance workouts. May be in a solo or group environment.
